All prices are listed in $CDN. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted securely via Stripe. Payment is also available via PayPal and ApplePay.

PRIVACY POLICY
I respect your privacy and will not sell or distribute your name, email or shipping address. 

SALES TAX & DUTY
Canadian customers will be charged their appropriate provincial/territorial sales tax. Sales tax will not be charged to customers living outside of Canada, but please be aware that you might be charged taxes and duties by your home country upon receipt of your order. Please note that all orders will be marked with the contents and accurate retail value (this insures that any items lost in transit will be refundable).

SHIPPING
All pieces are made to order and will be made within 5-10 business days of your order date. All items will be shipped via Canada Post and you will be sent an email notification once your order has been shipped. 
You may choose from the following shipping options when you checkout:

PICK UP: You are responsible for arranging pick up from my gallery in Bracebridge, ON.

STANDARD MAIL:  2-3 weeks international, 4-10 days Canada*, no insurance, no tracking (if you choose this option and your order is lost or undelivered, it is not eligible for refund)

CANADA POST EXPEDITED/EXPRESSPOST: 5-10 business days international, 1-3 days Canada*, includes tracking and $100 insurance (additional fees may apply for extra insurance coverage)

RUSH ORDERS: Depending on my production schedule and current inventory, I can sometimes accommodate requests for items to be shipped faster than the timeframes stated above, please contact me prior to ordering if you need something ASAP.

* The timeframes listed above are estimates. Some orders may arrive sooner or take longer depending upon location within Canada or on varying customs and postal procedures for international orders.

RETURN POLICY
I make each piece individually, by hand. I do my best to make an exact duplicate of the piece documented in the product listing, but please be aware that there may be slight variations between what you see on the screen and the piece that you receive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 5 days of receiving the order. I can refund, exchange or resize the item, but, in the case of refund/exchange it must be returned (at your expense/risk) in sellable condition with the original packaging.
 
PRODUCT CARE
The best way to maintain the finish of your piece, and to prevent tarnishing, is to wear it. When not wearing your piece, store it in an airtight container in order to slow the oxidization process. If your jewellery does become tarnished, please refer to my jewellery care page for more information.
